ANXIETY
Stress may lead to physical ailments, insomnia, gastrointestinal problemsStress is a part of life for most people in today's society. There are some individuals who feel they thrive in stressful situations. You may already know this about yourself. Conversely, if you feel you are barely surviving the stress and anxiety in your life, you may or may not realize the toll being taken. Insomnia, gastrointestinal problems, and cardiovascular disease are just a few of the physical conditions exacerbated by anxiety and stress.

It may be difficult to imagine your life with less anxiety. As humans, we are all reticent to move away from what is familiar to us. Yet, we also hope for a level of contentment, peace and happiness. Constant worry, panic attacks, anxiety-driven inattentiveness and perfectionism are unproductive and debilitating. Health
