Depression can be overwhelming, producing feelings of sadness, numbness and hopelessness. Anxiety and stress can cause confusion, scattered thoughts, incessant worrying and poor decision making. As you may have already experienced, anxiety and depression can both have a negative effect on your physical health as well as your self esteem.

Although much of our happiness comes from within, relationships, especially a marriage, have a huge impact on our level of fulfillment. Through marriage counseling/couples therapy, you can learn new communication skills as well as share with each other in a safe, productive environment. If it is your adolescent/troubled teen that needs help, I have extensive experience. Your troubled teen will get an opportunity to make a shift in the direction their life is going. In addition to my education and years of experience helping people move forward in their lives, I am diligent about continuing education in tools such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
